Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring my new car to you for servicing or am I forced to use the main dealer until the warranty expires?
Yes, you can bring it to us. Servicing restrictions were lifted in May 2004 by the Office of Fair Trading under a ruling called Block Exemption. In short, Block Exemption means that you can now take your car to any independent garage to have it serviced and repaired, provided everything is carried out in line with the manufacturer's guidelines.
